Dean Tyler, someone that hasn’t made ANY noise in UHW. Is that cause Curtis isn’t enough of an army for you to try? Or is it cause you know better. You don’t have enough numbers and know UHW is my house! You and the VVC aren’t ready for the massive downfall your about to face. Saying that your going to win a match, doesn’t always mean your going to win. You don’t have the history of follow through. Look at what you and Curtis are doing in UHW. Your peasants. No bodies wishing you were the Empire. You see, I never brought The Empire to NEW for a reason. Because it was time for something new in NEW. Me teaming with Mike Maddox, Lance and Jay once again. Then is uniting with Dark Side. Well that was the icing on the cake.
The scene opens with Brian walking down the hallway of his house that over looks Horsetooth Reservoir. Deep in the mountains in Colorado. He walks out on to his deck and from a distance you can see the lights of Loveland and Fort Collins. He takes a blunt out of his case and lights it. Taking a few big hits. Stubbing it out and looks back at the camera. Brian is wearing a fine custom Italian suit, some nice dress shoes. He looks deep in the camera, all joking manner has gone from his face.
Dean, you had already placed a huge target on your back with the shit you and Curtis has pulled in UHW. That’s why when I came to NEW and seen the utter bullshit that’s been going down by you and your cronies of VVC. I chose then to bring the fight to you. And Blackout was just a message. I hold no fear in my heart for any of the VVC. The only chance you have when it comes to our match on Friday will be if the entire VVC helps you. And then you have to worry about who is coming to my aid. I will not be coming to the ring alone. Lance and Jay will be on the outside to make sure the numbers are even. And the rest will be on watch from the back. The Dark Side of Oblivion are a strong unit. The main difference between us and the VVC are we make noise and an impact while we are at it. And I don’t think there is another faction that can stand in our way. First I will win the Cyber Title. Then on to the North American then the World Title. As for the Tag Division, we’ll I think it’s time for Negative Influence to show you all how it is done. And if any of you know my history. I’ve never been dethroned as Tag Champion, not since UCW when Phoenix and RDS defeated myself and Requiem. But the following show we retained those Titles. Now I know, the past doesn’t mean shit when it comes to the present. So let’s take a look. At the present moment in time I am UNDEFEATED. And not just here. I’m talking about everywhere I grace my presence in. The only person to beat me since my return 3 years ago is Paige Lewis and Dean. I’m so sorry to break it to you. You couldn’t even lace her boots let alone be on our level. You might have won some matches here in NEW. But let’s ask. How many of them are on your own? You being the “man” and defeating the challenger solo. I doubt that even one victory was by your own hand. That’s why I view you as a joke. That’s why I am the way I am towards you. It’s because you couldn’t be my joke strap, let alone be anywhere near my level.
He laughs now. Knowing that this is getting under Dean’s skin whether if he wants to admit it or not. Brian starts walking down the hall of his house and the camera man follows.
See, son your gonna have to try harder than slinging a few slurs in my direction. Because I’ll spit facts back towards you. You asked why I am called “The One Man Apocalypse”. You see I never named myself that. I was dubbed that after I decimated an entire roster. Then on to defeat Dave McIntyre and Calvin St. James to not only become one half of the Tag Team Champions. But winning the World Title. Again that was PWO. Ancient history, but still relevant since you asked.
He pauses looking deep in the camera. Behind Brian is a back drop and you can make out that’s its an Oblivion logo.
Another reason I’m called “The One Man Apocalypse” is because I can bring the end of your career Dean. And we are about to find out. We are about to find out if your half the man you claim to be. Find out if you can live up to your old name. Dangerous. Because I am the most dangerous man you will ever step in the ring with. Eric can tell you. We go back a long ways. While you think we are relics. No!
He chuckles at the very thought of Dean making such a claim.
No Dean, I’m in my prime. Just finding my stride. And while I hold more Titles than I care to mention. NEW is a new place for me to start at the bottom and work my way towards the top. And it starts with you and an old friend of mine Eric Herrera. Eric I haven’t forgotten about you. I’ll address you in a moment. After I finish with Dean.
His serious look turns in to a scowl.
Dean, you asked for the monster and talk the talk that you want the smoke with me. Now you got it. You wanted my attention well its all yours and while you made the mistake bringing this monster out, you made another victim when it comes to me and Eric that’s where you come in. You haven’t ever had your hand raised in victory when we meet. While I could talk about the history between us. I could bring up EHW where I defeated you 3 times in a row for the World Title. 450, UHW and UCW where I defeated you every time we met. In Singles or Tag competition. That’s all it is. History, but that was the old Brian. Not the man your about to face. While we may have buried the hatchet. You’re a challenger in this match and Dean done and went and pissed me off. So now your getting the same energy. There won’t be a damn thing the either of you will do to stop me. Eric I could sit here and verbally bash you but we are past all that. It comes down to this. I will win. And I will become the Cyber Champion. And I will get every damn Title NEW has to offer. The two of you will be my next victims. But hey. Don’t take it personal. It’s all just good Damn Business.
Brian walks out of the camera’s view and you see an Oblivion logo. As the camera man pans out from Brian’s promo you catch a glimpse of the rest of the group.
(Off camera)
Mike: “DAMN good promo BK.”
Jay: “Dean bit off more than he can chew. Don’t worry. We will be ready for anything those clowns wanna try.”
Lance: “I have to agree. We need to be ready.”
Brian: “I appreciate it. I just hope he realizes what he done. And I know Toa will be lookin for pay back.”
Jay: “What made you do that save for Eric?”
Brian: “Because this match is going to be fair for Eric and myself. No way would I let VVC injure Eric. And besides I don’t need either of them softened up for me. I plan on making an impact and sending a message at the same time.”
Mike: “Damn Brian. I see what your talking bout now.”
Brian: “Also there is another surprise coming our way. Well it’s good for us cause it’s another member. Bad for everyone else cause he is another monster.”
Brian starts laughing. Lance and Jay nod their heads in agreement while Mike shakes Brian’s hand.
Brian: “Melissa will lock up after you guys leave. I’m gonna go have a meeting. Sorry but I’m runnin kinda late”
With that Brian gets up and leaves his house. With his teammates chilling in his man cave in his basement.
