BIOGRAPHY
Hell raiser. He’s a former hitman in gangs, who translates that aggression to wrestling.
Keep in mind, this CANNOT be used in promos…
His life started out rather average growing up in the middle class of the city. That is until his parents retired and had no more money coming in. That's when this young man chose to join the MS 13, the most violent gang next to Hell's Angels. At the age of eight, that little kid joined this group out of necessity in order to support his family. At the tender age of 9 1/2, he got his first kill. He was learning at a quick pace and became obsessed with killing. He rose through the ranks quick, gaining the respect of all his peers. But somewhere along the line that destruction came to a grinding halt. At the age of 16, he was forced to kill his own best friend. Why? Because he joined the rival gang and rose up their ranks as well. They chose him specifically to send a loud message. That death shook him to the very core. He ventured into the schizophrenic realm contemplating whether he was right or wrong in committing that heinous act.
That indecisiveness continued until he turned 18. After two years of being on the fence, he finally tendered in his resignation to the boss. Usually that would mean you're setting yourself up for being killed, but his reputation saved him. Hector walked into that room, apologized for showing weakness, and wanted to settle down. The boss agreed but on one condition... what happens in MS13 STAYS here. So if you rat us out, you're terminated. Hector nervously agreed and proceeded to his next venture... looking for a healthy outlet to all that destruction... professional wrestling. When he went to a wrestling show in San Diego to see a wrestling show, Eric Herrera took him the side and inspired him to take out his anger and frustrations in the right way. He then was trained by Eric Herrera in his training school where he was taught the Lucha Libre art of wrestling by the Hardcore Messiah himself.
After tagging with Andre Perez for a while in the Indy circuit he decided to ask Eric for a place to work, he directed him to EWA as the place to make his first attempt at a singles run after a year of tagging. That school was based off a martial arts mentality where you can only use this for self-defense, not to injure or kill. Once he established himself as a force to be reckoned with, he went on to reach the main event of EWA in the span of not even six months. Then EWA merged with CWA to form ECW, where him and Jason Taylor went on a rampage going undefeated as a tag team. They won the tag team titles and took them into VWA once the fed was purchased. Then Jason Taylor turned on him five days shy of Christmas, right after a successful title defense. The team went undefeated and never lost them. It was during that combined tag title reign, where he committed the ultimate sin... he used wrestling to try to injure people for his own pleasure.
That crime came back to haunt him, because his tag team partner returned the favor. At Crisis of Faith, Jason Taylor turned on him and revealed that Hector Venegas was leeching off of his success. His ego ran rampant around the roster, claiming that he was held back by being tag team champion. Hector finally understood what it's like to be on the other end and repented of his sins the following night. After being expelled from that school for using his teachings to injure, he apologized and requested readmission. Eric accepted and wished Hector the best in future ventures.
Ever since that moment, Hector has learned the art of balance. He realized the hard way that he can’t be half as trusting as he was before or else people would take advantage of him. So, he took on a more aggressive side known as El Diablo, spawned by his short return to ECW/EWA. With his gangster side, finally out on the loose… Is anyone safe from this loose cannon? One thing’s for sure… the fans will always respect the way he carries his business. They cheer him for his vigilante justice attribute.
